The Wandersman Center is focused on innovative ways to scale the use of GTO, bring the concept of “Readiness” to the evaluation field through the R=MC2 model, and enhance the evidence-based practice of providing technical assistance for organization improvement and increased achievement of outcomes. Aimee is deeply committed to the use of evaluation practice to further social justice-oriented causes and is excited to join forces with the Wandersman Center team. Aimee has been deeply engaged with the American Evaluation Association for nearly 13 years, having served in Topical Interest Group leadership, served as a Board Member-at-Large, and is currently serving as the President. She is honored to have been shepherded and trained as a professional evaluator through the various offerings of AEA and is working to assure many other future evaluators have those same opportunities. She is a champion of diversifying leadership opportunities for members of AEA and encourages all members to get involved wherever they can. The Wandersman Center is widely represented at each AEA conference and won the Outstanding Evaluation Award in 2017 for the SCALE project.
The move to the Wandersman Center allows Aimee to be surrounded by a team of professionals focused on social change and innovation. The hope is that she will bring her many years of experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors to the team. We are excited to have her join us and encourage you to look for her future contributions to blog posts, newsletter articles, and posts on social media. Be sure and reach out to us for any evaluation needs!

We are super excited to have Aimee onboard. We are also interested in increasing our evaluation capacity, and Aimee brings a ton of direct experience (especially with non-profits) that will help us improve how we help organizations set up learning systems.
