In this collaboration with CDC OSH,  a readiness-based technical assistance (TA) process was developed to help project officers identify and act on readiness issues with their state grantees as they implemented tobacco-related policies.  Additionally, readiness concepts were incorporated into daily program planning and support activities learning across the CDC.
