Our Mission.

The Wandersman Center assists project stakeholders in working smarter not harder and in successfully bridging the gap between research and practice by:
1.  Helping people at any organizational level apply evidence-based
and informed practices to achieve their goals.

2.  Recognizing that all change efforts take place in complex
systems with individuals who may have different perspectives
       and viewpoints.

3.  Building readiness by providing evidence-based training,
      coaching, quality assurance/quality improvement
      measurements, and other supports.

"At some point, we just have to roll up our sleeves and do something different.

That's what readiness provides. It's the something that makes implementation a bit better."
